Elevate is designed with your privacy in mind. This policy explains what data the app collects and how it is used.

Data Collection

Elevate stores the following information locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account:

• Workout logs and history
• Progress metrics (reps, sets, weights, resistance, speed, incline, etc.)
• Custom tags and workout collections
• Goals and notes
• App preferences and settings

Apple HealthKit Integration

Elevate integrates with Apple HealthKit to enhance your workout tracking experience. With your permission, the app may read the following data from Apple Health:

• Active calories burned
• Exercise minutes
• Heart rate data
• Walking and running distance
• Step count
• Workout data

HealthKit data is only accessed when you explicitly grant permission. This data is used solely to display your fitness information within the app and is never transmitted to external servers.

iCloud Sync

Elevate uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your workout data across your devices. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is protected by Apple's security measures. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Calendar Integration

If you choose to enable calendar integration, Elevate can create and read calendar events to help you schedule workouts. This data remains on your device and within your Apple Calendar account.

Analytics and Tracking

Elevate does not include any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising SDKs. We do not collect usage analytics or track your behavior within the app.

In-App Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

Data Sharing

Elevate does not share your data with third parties. Your workout data, health information, and personal details are never sold, rented, or transmitted to external services.

Data Deletion

You can delete your workout data at any time within the app. Deleting the app will remove all locally stored data. Data synced to iCloud can be managed through your iCloud settings.

Children's Privacy

Elevate is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 17.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
